It is important to consider the job, the ter- rain and the expected tasks to ensure you include the neces- sary accessories as well," says Maddie Hayre, assistant brand manager for utility vehicles at Mahindra. "While looking at options, consider operator comfort and evaluate UTVs that are built to get your work done while still providing a comfortable ride with plenty of leg room." M ahindra North America (MNA) is part of Mahindra Group's Automotive and Farm Sector — one of the leading tractor companies in the world, based on volumes and the only tractor manufacturer in the world to win the indus- try's top two quality awards — the Deming Application Prize and the Japan Quality Medal, care of Union of Japanese Scientists and Engineers. Houston, Texas-based, MNA is a wholly owned subsidiary of Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd. that began selling tractors in the United States in 1994 and introduced a line of utility vehicles in 2015. In the fall of 2017, Mahindra launched a completely new, re-designed line of UTVs under the brand name Retriever. The UTV lineup consists of single-row, crew and long-bed models in both gas and diesel powertrains with the latest offering be- ing the 1000 Gas cross-over UTV with 83 hp and speeds up to 60 mph. All Mahindra UTVs are Buy America compliant, built in Batesville, Ark. Mahindra offers more than 40 accessories plus factory-installed accessories with no assembly required for maximum efficiency.
