www.compactequip.com 31 HEAVYWEIGHT Mustang Releases the World's Largest Skid Steer The Mustang brand (owned by French-based aerial lift equipment expert Manitou) announced the launch of "the world's largest skid steer" in 2018. Mustang's 4200V features a Tier 4 Final certified Deutz 120-hp engine and 4,200 lbs of rated operating capacity. This is a whopping increase of 21.7 hp and 200 lbs in operating capacity over previous models. Impressive. For added performance for large jobs, the unit offers 354 ft-lbs of torque. With an operating weight of 11,665 lbs, this extra-large skid steer loader comes standard with: cab, heat and air conditioning; two-speed for travel around the jobsite; and Mustang's patented hydraglide for a smoother ride and less material spillage. A vertical-lift path of almost 12 ft allows for excellent dumping and loading performance. For more info, visit mustangmfg.com.
